Our Terms and Conditions section is an agreement between All The Best Marketing and our clients. All The Best Marketing makes information, products, and services available to our clients, and must be honored by both parties.
Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:
- A 50% - 65% non-refundable down payment must be made before starting project.
- Web site design projects require 75% non-refundable down payment. Any on-site web site design project must be made in full before proceeding. Web site will not be launched until paid in full.
- Estimates / quotes are just that, an approximate close range of what the products and / or service will cost. Price is subject to change without prior notice.
- Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
- All art work must be original and owned by you (our client). All The Best Marketing WILL NOT print and / copy, copy righted art work and / or graphic designs. Unless it is a very generic design, may have automatic use by a platform, etc.
Return and Refund Policy
This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.
- Absolutely no refunds will be given on partial or full payments.
